The offer and sale of products on our website www.cridamilano.it are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.
You can request and receive support from www.cridamilano.it for online orders, returns, and information on the delivery of ordered goods by contacting contact@cridamilano.it for personal assistance.
Information regarding online orders and delivery status is available in your personal profile by logging in with your registration credentials (username and password) on our site.

General Conditions of Sale
These General Conditions concern the distance purchase of products via the internet on the website www.cridamilano.it, owned by Crida S.R.L. Products purchased on this website are sold directly by the aforementioned company.
This site is the property of Crida S.R.L. by Parodi Cristina and Palazzi Daniela.

The site was created for the sale of clothing in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003). Sales are governed by these General Conditions. Customers are therefore invited, before sending an order, to carefully read the general conditions of sale identified above and the information contained therein, and to print or save them on a durable medium accessible to them.
Purchase Procedure
The Customer may purchase the products in the electronic catalog of Crida S.R.L., detailed in the e-commerce area of the Site (www.cridamilano.it) within the respective category sections, as described in the information sheets on the Site.
The publication of products displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal. The order sent by the Customer serves as a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and total acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Correct receipt of the Customer’s proposal is confirmed by the company via a reply sent to the email address provided by the Customer, confirming only the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems.
Each order can be viewed by the Customer via the automated order summary email. In case of doubts or problems, please send an email to contact@cridamilano.it.
Acceptance of General Conditions of Sale
The contract between Crida S.R.L. and the Customer is considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Crida S.R.L. This acceptance is deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have reviewed all indications provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
If the Customer is a consumer (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is concluded, they shall print or save an electronic copy and keep these general conditions of sale in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by the non-acceptance or failure to fulfill an order, even partial, is excluded.
The order sent by the Customer must be complete in all its parts and contain the elements necessary to identify the Customer, the products ordered, and the place of delivery, otherwise it will be null and void. Crida S.R.L. will send an order receipt confirmation via email. The delivery address must be attended by a person authorized to receive the package.
Prices and Product Availability
All product prices are clearly indicated on the Site and are inclusive of VAT only.
Some products displayed on the site cannot be added to the cart due to lack of availability. For further information, please contact us at contact@cridamilano.it.
Product prices on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. However, for orders currently being accepted or already accepted by Crida S.R.L., the conditions of sale in force at the time of the order submission shall apply.
The visual representation of products, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image. It is understood that the images serve only for sales presentation purposes and may not be perfectly representative of all characteristics (differences in color, size, or accessories shown). In case of discrepancy between the image and the written product sheet, the description in the product sheet shall prevail.
Shipping Costs
Delivery times vary depending on the destination area. Until the moment of shipment by Crida S.R.L., the Customer has the right to cancel or modify the order exclusively via email at contact@cridamilano.it.
The cost of each shipment, which may vary based on weight and destination, is added to the total price and clearly communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Contract.

Payment
Payments for Purchase Contracts may be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card. See Payment Methods for details. Upon concluding the Purchase Contract, the Customer will confirm the transaction after verifying the order summary.
Crida S.R.L. reserves the right to request additional information (e.g., landline number). In the absence of required documentation, Crida S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept the order.
For maximum security, Crida S.R.L. never gains access to the buyer’s credit card information, which is transmitted via secure connection directly to the banking institution managing the transaction. No Crida S.R.L. archive stores such data.
Delivery and Documentation
If the product is in stock, deliveries occur within 7 working days of the order. For remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Deliveries are at the risk of Crida S.R.L. until the moment the products are handed over to the Customer by the carrier. Each shipment is trackable via a code provided by the courier, available upon request.
At the time of delivery, the Customer must check: a) that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document; b) that the packaging is intact and unaltered. Any damage must be immediately contested by writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE” on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once signed without reserve, the Customer cannot object to the external characteristics of the delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation or penalty, within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send written notice via registered mail to Crida S.R.L. Largo Adua, 1 – 24128 Bergamo (Italy) or via email to contact@cridamilano.it. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Withdrawal conditions:
- The right applies to the product in its entirety.
- The goods must be intact.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to discounted products: items on sale or promotion cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
By law, shipping costs for returning the item are borne by the Customer. The shipment is under the full responsibility of the Customer until received at our warehouse. Crida S.R.L. is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival, the product will be examined. If the original packaging is damaged, Crida S.R.L. may withhold a percentage (not exceeding 20%) for restoration costs. If seals are broken, the product will not be refunded.

Applicable Law
The sales contract is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For civil and criminal disputes, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively the Court of Bergamo.
