Ready to start again? We at Crida certainly are, with an Autumn/Winter collection that represents a further step toward a day-to-night total look—super refined yet easy to wear. By now, you’ve understood our philosophy: our goal is to be elegant on every occasion, but never overdressed, never too eccentric or loud. The Crida style is recognizable in the quality of the fabrics, and in this collection, we have touches of light in the dresses and outerwear, but also plenty of black and gray—the easiest, most metropolitan colors used in the city, just like the name of the collection itself, dedicated to a woman who loves dresses but doesn’t compromise on street style.

The trends for the new season feature silhouettes that nod to the 50s and 60s, refined sheer details on shaded chiffon in our newest shirts and dresses to be paired with structured blazers—a mix of romanticism and casual wear. The white sleeveless vest with padded shoulders is a must-have, super chic when worn with a dress or jeans. It is still quiet luxury, but illuminated by sparkles decorating coats, jackets, and dresses, or by fringing that makes our wool and crepella shirt-dresses special. Naturally, silk dresses are present, but there is also a brand-new cargo skirt in gray wool faille with a matching shirt, which adds a gritty edge to the outfit while maintaining a chic style. And the brand-new Crida Bomber—neither a simple jacket nor just a coat, but the must-have outerwear for autumn.

The new collection, which you can find in our online shop and in the best stores across Italy, is called “Metropoli.” It was born from reflections on the needs of the women who follow and buy from us. They are “girls”—as we like to call ourselves—aged 30 to 60, living in cities large and small, with families or single, but always with busy lives, balancing work, family needs, travel, or perhaps outings with friends. The clothes Daniela and I designed for this season were thought out for them: women who have little time to get ready, who are always on the move, who love what they do and what they wear, and who are mindful of sustainability. Impeccable cuts, special colors, natural materials, and, of course, super flattering patterns. Crida’s femininity takes to the streets and becomes even cooler and more contemporary.
